We love the Duval Square complex and this is definitely our favorite unit we have stayed in. Paradise place was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The furnishings were great and the unit extremely clean. The location is great with easy access to everything Duvall and surrounding areas. Check in process was a breeze. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for making our stay relaxing and issue free!!

Had everything we needed and more. Probably the most spacious two bedroom for the price on Duval. Pool location was really cool too. It overlooks Duval, which makes for an “interesting” view at certain hours.

The condo was very nice. While the stairs are a bit steep, I appreciated the opportunity for the exercise. Duval Square was a prefect location for us. It is convenient for old town and mid-town. The Duval Loop Bus is a big plus.
The managing staff was awesome. Isa couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable. Communication was great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a wonderful time in Key West staying at this property! The location is conveniently located to many great restaurants and shops on Duval. A 24hr pharmacy is right around the corner for any last minute needs.
The rental was well equipped with all the essentials and some nice quality of life items. Parking was easy and very secure. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Key West!

My wife and I have been coming to Key West for over 20 years and we married here. This trip we brought our boys to celebrate our anniversary and went through VBRO. The Condo was a little more than we wanted to spend at first. After arriving, the amenities, location and unit was worth it. KW Rentals were amazing, the condo was clean and the pictures do not do it full justice as it was spacious. The washer was broken and while we were there a new one was delivered, so only one day without one, while the rental manger offered laundry service free of charge until this was fixed.
We plan on staying at this location on our next visit and recommending to everyone who travels to KW. Highly recommended!!!!!

Key West Vacay
Condo very clean, in a great location, walkable to Duval and the Square to view daily sunsets. Laundry washing machine was not working and after 2 days of trying to fix problem, management offered to send laundry out. Upstairs shower head had a fixture that did not hold it well and it popped off and broke a piece the first day we were there. Pool temperature was too hot, need to find a way to cool it in the hot summer. Never found sheets for the pull out part of the bed downstairs. Would be a good idea to provide more physical keys, as some groups came back at different times and had to wait on others to let them in the building. Otherwise, it had everything we needed and we all had a very comfortable stay! Thank-you!!

The home was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 kids. Pool was very accessible and close by the unit. Community was right on duval street but sat quietly above a lovely square with lots of restaurant

This unit is beautifully decorated as pictured, modernized and very comfortable. It felt very safe and was quiet at night. Only the roosters will disturb your sleep in morning! Two common area keys are provided to unlock an exterior door from the Duval Square Mall to walk into the secure garage. From inside garage, you unlock an interior common area door to walk up flight of steps or you can take an elevator one story. The pool is on unit level; 4 pool towels are provided. Convenient powder room on entry level. There is a full flight of stairs to 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom. Master bedroom is very large with 2 dressers, walk-in closet, full ironing board w/iron and large bathroom including blow dryer. Beds were very comfortable. A few suggestions are to: provide more luggage carts, fix the lock on the patio door, and provide an auto-shut off coffee pot (which is basket style). Also there was a slight squeak in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom when on low/medium speed. It's a convenient location with several restaurants and shops steps away, We enjoyed Blue Heaven Restaurant. We walked to Southernmost Point, Butterfly Conservatory, Key West Lighthouse and even to bars near Front St. (about 20 minute walk). Irish Kevin's was fun. One-way Uber ride was about $10. We enjoyed this unit and the location and we would stay here again. Thank you.

The property was roomy and comfortable, except the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. It was worn & very saggy in the middle. How about a safe for guests? The balcony doors were very hard to lock. We still rate it a 5 star place because of location, and it felt safe & clean. Would definitely book here again!

Paradise Place was amazing. My family was quite comfortable for the week. The condo is very clean and updated. The location was great. Close to everything yet far enough away from the crowds and noise. We felt very safe with the gated complex. Having an assigned parking space was very nice and it easily accommodated our scooters. Will definitely stay again when we return to Key West!
