About this house rental
Situated in Breckenridge, this charming house for $379 per night is a great option for your next break. Please check the Town of Breckenridge website for up-to-date Covid restrictions/policies. This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is conveniently located in Breckenridge's Warrior's Mark neighborhood. The free town shuttle has stops at either end of our street (less than 5 minute walk) which will take you right to the base of Peak 9 or to the gondola parking lot. Our 3,200 square foot home is very comfortable, with radiant-floor heating system to keep you toasty in the winter. Our house is family and child friendly--including one bedroom that has two bunk beds in it (sleeping up to 5 children in that room). In addition to the five bedrooms, there is a loft on the third floor which allows for extra sleeping and living space. Enjoy the HOT TUB (brand new in Sep. 2019) on the back porch after a long day skiing. The large kitchen features plenty of meal-time seating for those large family gatherings. Master bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has two bunk beds, bedroom 4 has a queen, bedroom 5 has a queen bed and there is also a full bed in the loft living area plus a queen sofa bed. The perfect home for your large group's visit to beautiful Breckenridge!

Overall, our stay was great. The house fit our needs of a party of 11. I feel the photos are accurate, so our expectations were met. The home does need some updating, some of the beds/pillows were a little uncomfortable, there are some cabinets that didn’t stay closed and most of the windows wouldn’t open (maybe frozen shut?). But again, we feel the house met our expectations for the price we paid. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location was good as it was close to peak 9 base. We took the shuttle a couple times but found driving down to lot F was easy enough so we did that for the most part. Would stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time. We came for a family reunion and went white water rafting, hiking and explored Breckenridge. The house was so comfortable and a great place to come back to in the afternoons and evenings. The kitchen and living room was spacious, there were plenty of bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. All communication with the homeowner was handled in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great time staying in this house. We had plenty of room for our large family and were in a great location to downtown Breckenridge as well as the ski slope. Owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would recommend!

We rented this property last year and we were so happy with it that we immediately booked it again for this year! The size of the place (3 stories), location, and price are the best in Breck for large groups. We had 12 of us (couples and singles) and all had our own beds. The washer and dryer were convenient for being able to do laundry during our stay and the hot tub is always a hit. Most necessary cookware and utensils, keurig, and other appliances are provided and make eating in super easy. The location is conveniently located next to two bus stops to get downtown or to the lift or gondola. I highly recommend this property!

Quick response from host for an early checkin. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of seating and sleeping space for all of my family. Bus stop easy to access and bus takes you to Beaver Run.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the shuttle bus and proximity to downtown. There is so much to do in the area! There is plenty of room for multiple families to spread out and the hot tub is a plus. The living room is sunken, so we repositioned some furniture to keep elderly family from falling . The 3rd floor apartment has a balcony which you can not use, and an unusable kitchen. There is a bed placed there instead

The house was great. We stayed with 8 adults and an infant and the house fit us wonderfully. Every couple had their own room. The house came with a pack and play, high chair, and sled for the baby. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the floor and climate control and lighting. There was no in-ceiling lighting in many rooms, so you had to use lamps. The floors were very squeaky so it was difficult with the baby. It was also very hard to cool the house off. The downstairs would be cool/comfortable, but upstairs would be very hot. But overall the house was great! Easy access. They provide literally everything you need except food and clothes. It was a great location in town too. I would definitely rent this place again.

Amazing Townhome and Location for Large Groups!
Our group of 11 friends stayed here over the New Year, and it was even better than we expected! The 3-level townhome comfortably fit all of us. The location was super close to Main Street and just a quick bus ride to the Quicksilver SuperChair. The bus stops up and down the street, about a 3-5 minute walk. The hot tub and full kitchen were great perks of the place and the number of rooms and shared spaces was ideal. The kitchen had utensils and most things we needed. Our only critical feedback would be for an update to the bunk bed mattresses as they were not comfortable, so some of us ended up sleeping on the couches. The mattresses must have had toddler plastic covers on them because they were also very loud when moving around even just a little bit. Also could have used a few more rolls of TP and a couple extra towels. The place was a bit loud when people were moving about due to thin walls and creaky floors, but it wasn’t really a big deal as long as people were mindful of it. Overall we really loved our stay and the value for the price! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great location. Very nice place to stay with a lot of room. Owner was great. Property management company was extremely rude regarding only attempting to allow one vehicle to park there. Contacted the owner and she stated this was not true. Property management company is rude and unprofessional.
