The location of these apartments is second to none—you’re right in the middle of everything. From the virtual check-in process and digital keys to the seamless check-out experience, the entire stay was incredibly smooth.
The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, cookware, and a washer. It was clean, well-organized, and stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and hand soap (although conditioner was not provided).
The bed was very comfortable, and the bedroom was spacious, with plenty of storage shelves and clothes hangers. The air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated since temperatures were close to 100°F when we arrived.
Another great convenience was the Carrefour Express just a few feet away. We stopped there on our first day to stock up on water and other essentials.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting the area.
The only improvement I would suggest is making the building number more visible. With the amount of graffiti around the main entrance, the number 7 is easy to miss and can be difficult to spot when arriving for the first time.

Just near with everything
We checked in around 8pm and asked a few times if we could have a late check-out until 3pm, as we had afew very large luggage that was difficult to move around and we would have had to keep everything at a storage rental. Unfortunately, our request was never entertained or accommodated at all.
Also, the pictures shown on the listing don’t seem to reflect the actual condition during our stay. The bed was quite old and not very comfortable. Hopefully it has been replaced with a new one by now, as the apartment seems to have been used by quite a lot of guests.

I chose the location because it is very close to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, and yet on a quiet street. It felt very safe with 2 granddaughters travelling with me. The price was right. I was not disappointed. It was perfect for a very short stay. We spent very little time in the apartment and had a wonderful time.

Very central, perfect location for exploring the heart of Madrid.
It looked nothing like the photos. Very small. Stained mattress on the couch and mold in the shower.
