Good location, about 15 minute walk to metro station
No unexpected major bad surprises i.e. everything was more or less as stated in the advert.
Nice sized fridge, beds were adequate.
It was fairly priced for summer peak time.
The hot water is dodgy, hot then runs cold, have to play around with kitchen tap.
of the two toilets, one had a missing seat, which I guess is normal for Italy but toursits arn't used to.
The tap in the bathroom tends to give a small electric shock, as others have commented.

Very good location, clean, had lift to 7th floor location, clean, well stocked
Had a few small things that could use improvement but nothing super bad. Previous guest broke toilet seat on one toilet that hadn’t been replaced yet but in Europe no toilet seat isn’t uncommon.

Buena ubicación y distribución del departamento.
Tiene fugas de corriente, si tienes los pies mojados, despues de salir de la ducha y tocas algo de metal en el baño, te toca una descarga de corriente muy fuerte. Tambien drena agua de las luces del techo.
