Arrival and access into the accommodation went ahead with no fuss and our expectations were met. As a result our break got off to a good start. We were ready to explore Looe's attractions because of the ideal location of the property. The terrace gave us enchanting views of Looe and the sea which were a highlight of our stay. Being on the quieter side of town was a bonus. We were also minutes away from Looe's oldest pub and Michelin rated restaurant - both were outstanding and are highly recommended.

The location was amazing. The living room and kitchen were well equipped and comfortable. The view from the little terrace was beautiful and we spent most of our time here reading, chatting to neighbours…… I fell in love with the place.
The back of the property spoilt it for us. The bathroom is disgusting, grout needs replacing immediately, shower screen also. This bathroom was not clean. I mentioned this to the owner (who was next door) who said she was having it looked at. The bedroom was most uncomfortable ( it looked nice) smelt of damp, was damp and felt damp. The bedding was cold and damp.
