The wonderful views of Looe from the living and bedroom windows and the terrace bench😍. Easy walking into (after the steep North Road to the apartment) town. Also a taxi boat shuttle across the estuary was available which we didn't use. Coastal path walks in both direction and the Millpool walk were great and hard work! Communication with Sheila and Tina were excellant for any enquiries!
Even though everything was functional the bathroom lighting and fan extraction were poor, again the kitchen was functional but some doors and drawers were in disrepair!

Location of the property was excellent. Bedroom very comfortable
Lighting in the bathroom was very poor. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on and the kitchen units need a lot of maintenance.

The location is simply perfect in a calm neighborhood.
The apartment is cosy and has a terrasse.
Really unclean, we had to clean it ourselves in order to feel comfortable. For example was the drawer for the cutlery absolutely disgusting. We mentioned this to the owner but she ignored us and didn't contact us.
The apartment is quiet, as long as nobody is in the apartment above. Then one can hear every step they make.
