Never considering other different than Hilton.

Front desk personnel is just amazing. Felt like I was at home. Facilities are “as new”. Exceeded expectations and past experiences of stays in the same town but in different hotel chain. Hilton is now my go to.

A place I will definitely stay at again.

Even though just off the highway, it was quiet. We used the hotel as a base, and were out most of the time, but it was a great room to come back to - comfortable and spacious.

Disappointing Stay: Cleanliness and Misleading Pool Information

Size of the room.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Lebanon and unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by the website. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with beer caps found beneath the furniture upon my arrival. This oversight made me question the overall hygiene standards of the establishment. The biggest letdown, however, was the supposedly heated pool, a feature prominently highlighted on the website. Excited to take a dip, I was met with disappointment as the pool was anything but heated—it was uncomfortably cold, rendering it impossible to enjoy. The discrepancy between the promised amenities and the actual experience was a significant letdown. While I understand that issues can arise, a clear misrepresentation of facilities on the website is unacceptable. Guests should be able to rely on the information provided to make informed decisions about their stay. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements to ensure a more accurate representation of your hotel's offerings and a better experience for future guests.

A very nice hotel of its kind.

I especially like the fact that there was an actual restaurant, even though a modest one, on the property. You could have a good breakfast, unlike the substandard fare offered at most such places.

Would stay there again.

The room was wonderful. They accommodated our dogs. The food was very good. Perfect location between the hospital and the college...of which we needed on this trip.

The front desk person could have been nicer. It was not our fault that booking.com put in our reservation our first name as our last name, but he was very abrupt with us. Also, they seemed understaffed. They advertised room service but there was not. Then we asked if someone could bring us a menu so we could call down our order and come and get it when it was ready and we were told no.

Great quality, comfortable, clean, but breakfast would have been nice.

The room was great

The shower head was old and didn’t really fit with the style of the shower. Also the I couldn’t get a straight answer about the breakfast that I was supposed to get in the morning before checkout. So needless to say I didn’t get a breakfast, kind of sub-par for a room that cost more than $400/night.

Out of the many places we have stayed, this was our least favorite

The coffee and fruit was fresh.

I thought the pricing was not posted in plain view and a little high for continental most hotels are free continental so $10 is a little high . The hot breakfast for $16.95 the eggs were rubbery i didn't enjoy them at all. The couch in our room smelled like wet dog, so bad that I couldn't sit there because I was coughing so bad. The sound of the person above resonated right down into our room. (Footsteps were very loud). Every night the garbage outside the front entrance was over flowing onto the ground, in the middle of the night our whole room smelled like skunk.

new hotel not the best stay

Rooms are nice Staff were helpful

air-conditioning is extremely loud. when turns on it wakes you up. sounds like a Jett engine pool closed first day/ rest of the days were open form 7 pm only. no Spa and water is way to cold to enjoy it. lack of staff, the pure lady was trying to keep up but they run out of everything, no orange juice no sausage, no croissants, simply the crowd was too big for one person to handle. I opened up the sofa it was super dirty under it. no extra blanket in the room for the 3rd person to sleep on the sofa but there were 4 pillows :) halftime asked to change the sheets they did but they haven’t done anything else, clean the room, restock the towels, restock coffee capsules
