The breakfast menu could be improved like adding sausages or maybe congee
the bed was too uncomfortable you could feel the springs. our back esp my husband's hurt after sleeping there for 2 days.

Free car park is avail if you drive a car, it's 5 mins walk to the tram and 20 mins walk to train station . Room and bathroom are decently clean and comfy.
We have trouble with the safety deposit box, it's dated and not reliable, we have to call the reception for help a few times. Grocery store and restaurants are 20 mins walk away and which is quite inconvenient if you want to pick up something real quick. The closest is a Mc Donald restaurant.

The location
We checked in at 23:40 on 17 July. The receptionist was rude, confrontational, and unwilling to help. When we asked which floor our room was on, he said, “Find it yourself.” He was just in a fighting mode, We were two friends travelling from Scotland and Germany, and this behavior made us feel very unwelcome. Very disappointed. This was my third visit to the hotel but not again .
