location was really good - right on the beach. Good location for restaurants and bars and shops - fairly close to a supermarket and bus stop
very strict rules regarding pool closing times and beach closing times - the pool was closed at 6 p.m. which is very early considering how many people were still outside sunbathing but unable to swim
the beach bar closed at 7 p.m. again this seems very early
the main bar inside stayed open until 11.30 nut wasn't very appealing or comfortable.
daily maid service seemed very limited on what they actually did. cups and saucers were changed/cleaned but glasses were left dirty ?
the fridge didn't work when you're not in the room because the electricity goes off ?
nothing could stand up in the fridge.
the TV only showed foreign programmes except one news channel in English

Great location, perfect condition, everything is new and clean, food is great, a lot of space in the hotel and facilities, new beach furniture, many pool furniture, pool is clean and big:) And reception guys are the most fun and pleasant!! Send many thanks to the reception from the pregnant lady from Poland:) They will know:)

The hotel is not bad. The breakfast is basic. The location and the pool area are great. The service and cleanliness are on point.
First of all ---- NO TERRACE .
The room is located in the corridor and the window actually cannot be opened because all the guests pass by there and it is really absolutely unpleasant - as if they are in the room, besides it is quite noisy for the same reason. There is a kitchenette --- BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY EMPTY - only furniture. They refused us a towel for the beach and the pool because we are staying ONLY FOR TWO DAYS AND WE DON'T NEED IT. There was not even shampoo and shower gel in the room but only a MINI bar of soap, as well as a set of disposables. In general, I have never come across such a thing before. In my opinion, the hotel is overpriced.
BUT when you are in Crete - these things do not interest you
