Beautiful location and views from our balcony. Loved being able to take the boat to Interlaken. Plenty of green space for our toddler to run around and explore.
A coffee machine in the room would be a great addition. Our room had a bit of a weird smell. Could not sleep with the windows open due to insects.

Clean property, had the family room which had enough beds, 1 large double in one room and 2 singles in another..breakfast was good. It is by lake Thin which is great and can also take a boat ride into interlaken which is longer than the bus journey. Boat ride about 30 mins and bus ride 15 mins.
The buses are not frequent later in the night after about 5pm but that takes nothing away from the location and accessibility.

The location of the hotel is truly exceptional. We appreciated the convenience of having a direct bus station right outside the entrance, making travel to Interlaken easy even without a car. The breakfast quality was very good, and the restaurant offered a spectacular, expansive view of the Lake and the surrounding mountains—a perfect way to start our days.
While the views from the restaurant were superb, we found the room itself to be quite small, and the lake view was only a side view, which felt somewhat limited. More importantly, we felt the staff lacked proactivity; they were reserved and only provided necessary information when asked very specific questions, rather than offering helpful local advice or general assistance upfront.
A Serious Concern (Missing Item):
We unfortunately had a very negative experience concerning a lost item. We are certain that my wife's jacket was with us in the room upon arrival. However, when packing our luggage before check-out, we could not locate the jacket anywhere. After a thorough search and review, we are confident the item was lost while in the hotel. We suspect the loss may be related to the room service process, and we strongly recommend that the hotel review its housekeeping and handling procedures for guests' belongings immediately.
