Love this hotel used to come here for all sorts of family events. It’s so old and beautiful and quirky. Enjoyed being here and my room was good.
Not much not to like. Sadly no plug in the bath as I love a bath! But such a tiny thing- everything else was lovely!!

Good hotel friendly staff ,quite quirky ,pool was good even used the sauna which was a lovely
The room didn't get made up during our stay ,although the receptionist ,gave us extra towels and plenty more tea coffee etc and was very apologetic,

Great, out-of-the-way location and a lovely country style setting.
Luxury room was cramped and difficult to get to for a senior couple with heavy bags. The bed head board and foot board were totally enormous compared to the bed that wasn't very comfortable either (every time I got out of bed to go to the toilet I walked into the foot board that stuck out way beyond the edge of the bed)
The facilities were also minimal for what we paid so overall a disappointing stay.
