Very comfortable and clean bedroom with lovely balcony. Dinner in the evening was good. Breakfast also very good. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and efficient. Great location - very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was excellent as was dinner in the restaurant. The room was comfortable and quiet.
The remote control for the TV didn’t work and the only way to fix it was for one of the staff to travel to Bailiffs Court (sister hotel) to get new batteries.
The welcome when we arrived an hour before 3pm check in was a bit unhelpful. ‘Sorry your room isn’t ready yet’ would have been far more friendly than ‘check in is from 3 pm’

The air conditioner was cold and couldn’t be controlled, at one time I found the air conditioner controller hanging off the wall.
I also didn’t like the idea of realising that the common bedrooms floor key was the same as our room key so anyone could have access to our room. I thought that this was very concerning.
