From the start: easy to find, parking on site, easy to sort out as all you do is enter your registration number when you check in.
Receptionist was lovely and check in easy.
Room was a good size, clean, comfy. All necessities were catered for. There was even a notice to let you know that if you forgot your razor for example, call reception and they would have a disposable one.
Breakfast room overlooks the Marina, so lovely views as you are eating.
Breakfast was really plentiful, good choices and very tasty!
The whole place was airy, clean and fresh.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in ever!
Not enough tea bags or milk, and no complimentary biscuits in the room.
But readily available (tea bags, coffee, milk) at reception to fill up.

Fab family room, thay ACTUALLY has enough space and storage for a family!
Great location, with everything you need in walking distance. Lovely safe feel, nice, knowledgeable staff that made a little fuss of the kids on arrival.
Would 100% stay here again when in the area.
The area is super pram friendly from this hotel. We walked to Ice Arena for the hockey, the docks & The Deep as well as into the city center with a 6 year old and a pram without any issues 👍
Nothing really. The bathroom is a little dated and the shower leaked slightly but not to be taken as critism, the shower was still epic and spotlessly clean!

Location was perfect.
Breakfast was very good
Poor communication over type of room. £10 parking charge. Needs a update in decor. Light bulbs didn't work in room. Only towels out for one person.
