Location with parking was good. Room was spacious and the bed big and comfortable
Staff were very welcoming and friendly thoughtout our stay. Nothing was any trouble for them. Also good value if you go for the king room.
The hotel felt empty. From the outside it looked closed. Entry was difficult as you needed a room key to get in which we didn't have as we couldn't get in to check-in. Once in again there were no guests we saw at any time, didn't hear anyone at anytime and only ever saw the handful of staff there were. It was a bit unsettling. Car Park is awkward to find and is £8 a day unless you book directly with the hotel. However this wasn't possible as most of the calendar is blocked out and I suppose £8 a day is very reasonable for the location.

I stayed here because I really do appreciate the air conditioning. Rooms are pretty basic but they have everything you would need and are clean
I found it was much noisier this time - probably due to being summer and more people out, so another time I would prefer to not be at the front but not sure if that's possible

Comfortable bed. Plenty room, 2 teabags, 2 coffee, 4 milk. Basic but fair price paid. Night staff manager was very attentive, checking parking lot, didnt miss a thing, came out to us when we were trying to figure out whether to add extra parking for after our check out time. He sorted it for us so we could explore Hull for a few hours. Very friendly nice man. Its a really good location, short walk to centre.
Please replace toilet brush room 101 and the tiles near the toilet need a clean.

Basic hotel. Great locations for city centre attractions.
Dated decor in the room. 1 coffee sachet each is poor. No drinking water in the room. Bed was small for 2 people considering what we booked.
