After 3 times staying before and loyal returning guest they made me pay €72 for 3 hrs extra late check out. Some courtesy I would expect to keep it exceptional feedback. But now..little disappointed

The breakfast was good and the rooms are clean.
The mini bar was empty and the hotel said that was the hotel policy. There was no food included in the room service after 10pm, there was no water in the room service and I had to rely on the ground floor vending machine for drinks, which were often not restocked.
The staff seems quite clueless about the area - I asked for the nearest supermarket and the receptionist had to use google maps. The breakfast is good but when I asked, after breakfast, to grab a table for coffee, I was denied a table because the dining area was still being used to serve breakfast (and I could see there were lots of empty tables).
Finally, the mini bar’s engine often overheated which made the room very hot during the night. I only got this resolved after I asked the mini bar to be shut down.
