This was an awesome house with a great host. The location was amazing. We were 3 blocks from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. the house its self was great as well. The washer/dryer was fast, the beds were comfy, and the water was hot for the amazing bath it had. It had a gated yard for our dog with dog toys to boot. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Michael’s little little bungalow fit out siblings weekends needs. After a few hours without power due to snow, ice and wind we used the house as a jump point for beach walks (which we were lucky to witness a spectacular icy landscape) and roaming the town. Thanks to Michael for proving a clean home and adequate kitchen space for us four adults!

Stayed over Christmas holiday with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location for access to beach and downtown. We did make it to the beach a couple of times, but also spent quite a bit of time indoors due to winter. Had a little difficulty with the TV since all of the remote buttons were worn off. Beds were comfortable. Pretty much shared the upstairs bathroom for showers with the downstairs just for convenience. Was nice to be able to just put the dogs outside in the fenced yard. There was a gap in the gate, but our dogs weren't interested in wandering. Most people likely visit in summer and take advantage of restaurants or grill. We did eat out, but also cooked indoors. A couple items were sorely missed. There were no potholders or oven mits. We did use the oven, so had to use some folded towels and just be careful. Also could have used some tin foil. Brought my own casserole dishes, but had to use a cookie sheet for cover since there was no foil. Didn't need it, but plastic wrap would also be nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and could see ourselves returning in the summer months to enjoy what Seaside has to offer.

Timber Sands is wonderful, safe, walkable everywhere! Loved all the little thoughtful extras (coloring set, dog toys & the best collection of spices) updated nicely. Michael was great at communicating but use his direct number not the app. Spacious enough for 4 adults and kiddos. Safe location quiet and great front yard for the fury friends **dog deposit is 25-20 DAILY per pet** FYI the WiFi password is on the fridge IN BIG WRITING (I couldn't find it😂) ⭐️Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy walk to the main strip and to the beach. The upstairs toilet could use a little bit of maintenance, after flushing it would run for a very long time after. Maybe this is all part of the plumbing but a middle of the night bathroom break woke everyone up. Orherwise it was great.

We loved this house. Everything was comfortable and clean. While we spent most of our time in Cannon Beach (not far at all), we enjoyed coming back to this location. Only complaint: this house is next to an apartment building and, for the two nights we stayed, there was a lot of noise from the apartment and the street below. Great house, not such great location.

My spouse and I have been planning our elopement for the past two years. Everything we dreamed of came true get married on the Pacific Northwest Coast. The location was perfect for our place to stay while we were there. We both loved the house and will definitely be back.
