Ismail manager of hotel was very accomodating, attentive and helpful. My mobile was accidently forgotten in the taxi and he went extra mile to get this back.
The manager provided us with plenty of information re. tourist hotspots and shopping areas that were easy to get to and constantly made sure our stay was comfortable...my family were impressed...
Overall the bed was comfortable i could sleep there all day and Shower n toilets were clean....they give you plenty of tea coffee and a fridge where you can put your drinks.
A Safe to store your passport and cash...
a nice comfortable chair looked vintage. Each room has a AC and t.v as well
Shops and Eating places are walking distance..
You'l receive a breathtaking View of The Presidents Home and Of course The blue mosque...
You can enjoy cold beverage on order and sit in the terrace....
At breakfast time you can made to order juicy omelette nice n fresh...
Before coming to turkey download digital sim via simify and an app to translate languages as not all ppl in surrounding areas are fluent in english....
The staff exceeded our expectations so would definitely come back again....
The sea is walking distance....so loads to see
The Hotel is well carpeted and overall kept clean and tidy at all times...
They have more than one light that can be turned on in the room...including extra lamps
I would like to see more English breakfast selections such as:
Hash browne,mushrooms,grilled tomatoe,sausages etc...
Inside the hotel is fine but outside cobbly streets are challenging if you are not wearing strong trainers....
I wish All drinks in the fridge were free 😂, including the laundry service...
The system of sensor lights in the corridoor...if u move light goes on after few seconds it goes off...it should be programmed to stay on for atleast a minute....
The hotel should provide ladies Sanitery towels/pads and spare universal plugs or change all wall sockets to suit Universal plug type cables if possible....
The room windows are heavy and not Easy to open and close...As guests we should be able to open atleast 4-6inches for fresh air if possible....

We could not have been happier with the hotel. Everything was exceptional - staff, location and breakfast. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Blue and Hagia Sophia mosques, 15 minutes walk to Topkapi Palace, 5 minutes walk to the Bosphorus and 20 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar. The roof terrace restaurant has a view of the Blue Mosque and some guests from other hotels took breakfast here because their own hotels had relatively poor offerings. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful.
Highly recommended.

Iron was in the main lounge area downstairs, would have preferred it upstairs
