Excellent location, sophisticated reception, and a wonderful signature scent throughout the property. The room was impeccable, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff was warm, attentive, highly competent, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service.

I liked the breakfast service which was better than the usual buffet style which one usually has.
The staff were very helpful - anticipating our needs - eg booking a dinner externally for us, providing the car to the airport and keeping the room tidy.
nothing specific but in this price bracket one would expect a remarkable experience comparable great hotels - eg the Savoy London or Gleneagles in Scotland. We were satisfied in this regard.

The relaxed attitude yet mindful of our needs
For an older person the gamble of getting into the shower over the bath was interesting, maybe a grab handle on the wall would give confidence ( I’ll be dead soon don’t worry about it!)
The other I didn’t like about the property was leaving it!
