We had a lovely stay and were really impressed with the location, which was perfect for exploring Paris. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
An added feature was being able to use the facilities at the hotel chain’s other locations across Paris, including access to toilets, snacks, and coffee. This was a fantastic convenience while sightseeing and made our days much easier.
The complimentary afternoon snacks and courtesy mini bar were also thoughtful touches that added to the overall experience. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially as we visited during a heatwave.
As three female travellers, we also appreciated how safe and secure the hotel felt. The level of security gave us peace of mind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, a great hotel with an excellent location, friendly staff, and thoughtful extras that made our Paris trip even more enjoyable. We would happily stay again.
One thing to note (not a complaint, just helpful information for other travellers): if you struggle with stairs or have mobility concerns, make sure to mention this clearly when booking. Our room was not entirely reachable by lift, and there were some stairs involved, so it’s worth confirming your room location in advance to make sure it suits your needs.

It was ok but it was overpriced. The room was very small and nothing special.
The price should be lower.
