In a quiet area a little away from the city but it was easy and convenient to get to the trains and city. If you want to walk to the city, its an easy 15 to 20 minutes across the river. There was a sweet weekend market around the corner over the weekend which sold amazing fresh fruit, vegetables and bakery stuff.
There was no coffee or tea but there are plenty of coffee shops very close by

Location was pretty good, short walk from metro station. Room and beds were clean, bathroom nicely bright with good water pressure. Kitchenette had everything we needed including a sponge and dish soap. A fan was also very useful. Overall great quality for the price.
The photos didn't really match the room we got (twin room), my fault for not reading the description carefully, but I thought there will be a kitchen with a stove, instead I saw exactly what is on the picture below. Microwave worked well though. Also only the last picture from the posted ones by owner actually shows the twin room.
Unfortunately air was quite stuffy (a bit moudly?) and one small window didn't help much, so the fan was working most of the time.

On first night I requested a change of apartment as noise from upstairs was ridiculously noisy.
The upgrade was much better
As above… first night apartment was clearly not rentable due to noise from upstairs building.
