Breakfast: while not cheap, it is a very good breakfast, good choices.
Clean room. Clean, even if smallish, bathroom.
They gave us free slippers to put on.
The restaurant manager is an absolute delight of a person.
A bit noisy right before the sleeping hours (overlooks the street, and Milano has trams (street cars)) and after. But sleep was good, and I am a light sleeper.

Quirky hotel with great ambiance. Staff very friendly and helpful from receptionists to cleaners to baristas.
Liked the chilled water on arrival and the sweets !!
Didn’t have time to claim my complimentary ice cream but a great idea !

Great amenities, the hotel provided everything we could need and was very clean and fancy.
Hidden charges, we had €100 taken from our account on arrival that we weren't warned about as a deposit and were told to pay a tax as we checked out. The staff also were not very welcoming, me and my partner both felt like the staff didn't think we belonged there.
