Very friendly receptionist greeted us and we already knew this is the place we want to be.
The location is good, close to a metro, but to be honest, it's a short walk to Duomo. We've been here for a weekend and so we actually used metro only once, when we got here from central station. You won't get the vibe of the city and the neighborhood if you just ride under ground from one place to another :) I recommend this location, full of nice cafes, restaurants, pasticcerias.
Cleanliness: the room and the bathroom were spotless. The windows were a bit dirty on the outside though, but it affects nothing
Even though the room window was on the side of a street and a bar, we heard no noise from there. Perfect.
Wow, the electrical window blinds are noisy. Especially when your neighbors from another room use them and you were already asleep :)
