The property was well kept in relatively central. It’s not in the main city, but you can take the train very easily into the main area. Also, the staff were very friendly. It was very kind of them to let us check in in the morning, even though the official check-in time is 3 pm.
Nothing not too late, it’s just in a very local neighbourhood which is actually very quaint.

Location is great, close to public transportation. Hotel is very nice. Delicious breakfast
I asked at reception for some Betadine or any other antiseptic because I had injured one of my toes, but unfortunately they didn’t have any. However, I would expect a hotel of this standard to have a basic first-aid kit available for guests.

Very friendly staff who make sure you are welcomed and have all you need. Room was kept very clean by staff, plenty of towels for your bath/jacuzzi.
Free water should be provided every day.

the staff is impeccable, very accommodating, they managed to check us in early
the bathroom’ s door would not close properly, the room was miniscule, heating not working I caught a cold from how much I was freezing and we stayed into an old room which is not pictured on booking&was not renovated.
staying on the last floor gets also very noisy due to breakfast opening. it was quite far tbh.
