We stayed here just one night, a last night in Rome after 2 weeks in Italy. The hotel felt luxurious and met all of our needs. We enjoyed its location away from the crowds on a quiet residential street but walkable to Trastevere and other other areas. We walked to the Giardina degli Aranci for beautiful sweeping views of Rome then over the Tiber to Trastevere for dinner.
Not really anything - we were short on toilet paper at check-in and had to request more, but this seems to be a common issue throughout Italy.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely, the restaurant is nice and outdoor seating areas are really pretty. The staff are all welcoming and friendly.
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, location also great.
All experience was great, but unfortunately, cleanness of room was not enough.
