В этой локации отдыхаю третий год подряд. Отель уютный, к морю близко, завтраки вкусные, персонал отзывчивый. Трехмесный номер очень большой и комфортный. Односпальная кровать расположена в нише, что создает приватность. Очень понравилось, что отель предоставляет пляжные полотенца. Трансфер заказывали до аэропорта также из отеля. Быстро, удобно, комфортно.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. You are just 3 minutes from the beach, access to restaurants and cafes and it's located close to the highway. It is a comfortable and quiet hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
Our only issue is that housekeeping didn't come for 2 days. The staff did provide towels and that was fine.

Overall great experience. Good stuff, trying to accommodate every need (if they can). Location is superb - a lot of restaurants and really close to the beach.
Two things they really need to rethink: the mattress and the bedding. The mattress felt like a wooden floor — some might not mind that, but for me it was basically like sleeping on the ground. As for bedding, since they only opened in Spring 2026 and have just been through one season, they didn't really have proper duvets on hand, just a thin blanket/towel-type cover for the night. That could work fine for some, but with the AC running non-stop because of the heat outside, it was a bit cold.

Breakfast was nice
Hotel was modern and had a nice pool
Nice cafe inside and good coffee
Close to beach but long walk to the main area of Konyaaltı beach where all the main beach clubs were - something to note before booking.
The staff (especially breakfast staff) were not as friendly as we would have liked. They seemed like they did not want to be there, no smiling no small talk.
Main issue was the cleaning services of the rooms.
Towels were not changed, toilet paper not replaced, floor not cleaned (full of sand and dirt) our room was not cleaned properly for 3 days in a row while there, we had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries every day.
When we reported this again to the manager they offered us a bottle of wine, apologised and admitted they had some issues with their cleaning services which we appreciated. They also offered us a breakfast box on check out as we were checking out early and would have missed the following mornings’ breakfast which was nice! They also arranged our transfer to the airport in a VIP transfer which made our check out much more smooth.
