Simply fabulous place with a gorgeous location, friendly staff and amazing food at the restaurant!!

This is simply an amazing hotel!! Clean, gorgeous, lovely staff, great location and really really good on site restaurant!! I would return in a heartbeat!!

Excelente estadía

TODO. Antes de llegar había leído malos comentarios y temí por eso. Es verdad que están en obra. Pero la verdad casi que no se siente. Es verdad que hay lugares cerrados, pero se puede ir a otros espacios del hotel y tener una buena vista de la ciudad. El personal del hotel merece un mención aparte. Excelente atención, eficiencia, calidez. Mis Felicitaciones para todos ellos. Mi esposo cenó en el hotel y le gustó la comida. Y esto es muy raro que suceda. Definitivamente volveré aquí alguna vez!!

Chambre spacieuse, à deux pas de l'alhambra et à 15 mn à pied du centre ville (pour qui n'a pas peur des dénivelé. Petit dej sympa. Bel établissement

Niet zijn geld waard

Alles was om het geld, duur verblijf voor gewone kamer - parkeer mogelijkheden zijn er maar ze hebben parking aan 25€ de kamer kost 390€ ze hadden dan wel parking mogen in calculeren

Elegante pero muy tranquilo y el bar estaba cerrado. No habia ambiente.

La ubicación y la habitacion con vistas y la posibilidad de aparcamiento. Es muy limpio también.

El desayuno era un desastre. No habia bufet. Servicio muy lento y poco profesional y habia ruido en la planta arriba que molestaba. Hubieran debido ofrecernos un discuento pero no lo hicieron.

BEST VIEW OF GRANADA

Stunning hotel, best view of the city, BY FAR. Beautiful place, food was fantastic at reasonable prices. Great if you’re visiting the Alhambra, a 10 min walk. Keep in mind it’s a bit far from downtown but ABSOLUTELY worth it.

The restaurant was a bit slow at night - might be worth having some more staff. The food was fantastic.

Lovely staff, great building, historic, very nice in every way.

Beautiful hotel, grand design. Immaculate.

The only negative ( and common with most Hotels ) was that you pay a premium price, and they cannot be bothered to put fresh milk in the room, how can you drink a decent tea without fresh milk…. Haha.

Beautiful lobby and terrace but room style very disappointing and not worth the money!

the beautiful lobby in typical Alhambra style and the terrace overlooking Grenada worth going just for a drink rather than staying overnight!!

I expected the rooms to be nicer, they are quite modern and anonymous in comparison to the hotel lobby decoration we stayed in a big double bedroom suite, disappointing view on the backyard of the hotel/parking, only few amenities in the bathroom, some water and a biscuit beside the beds...

Beautiful, authentic, and highly recommended

Authentically Granadian! The location is a stones throw away from the magnificent Alhambra Palace grounds and a pleasant stroll to the towns city centre. The details, service, cleanliness and food were all impeccable in their attention to details.

Unbeatable old world glamour (that could do with a small update for today’s traveller)

Stunning location & history. Loved the old world glamour. The terrace is spectacular & the property itself is just a pleasure to experience.

Queen-size bedrooms are half the size of twin rooms, which wasn’t indicated on the website, despite being the same price. Common areas feel a little tired and in need of an update. Wish there was a pool.

The hotel was nice.

Location is very good.

I have booked view side room, but it wasn’t. Also they didn’t have my name and they confirmed by my booking number. Maybe it’s booking.com’s fault. The hotel was comfortable. But I felt a little bit disappointed.

Great location and very supportive staff. Under par food made it an overpriced stay.

Great Old Lady Hotel just outside Alhambra grounds. The regular tickets to Alhambra were unavailable (book early to avoid disappointment) and the concierge did a great job in getting us private tour and tickets. Thank you, Pablo and Nice for arranging this.

One could expect higher quality items for breakfast in a 5* hotel. For example the Jamon Iberico seems that it was from the supermarket and not cut from the leg itself in the hotel. Tuna Tartar before dinner was awful. All-in-all for the price paid the food was not meeting the expectations.

delightful stay to visit the Alhambra & other sights of Granada

Great location, perfect for visiting the Alhambra. The room was exceptionally comfortable with excellent storage. Buffet breakfast catered for all tastes.

Nowhere to sit outside & relax apart from the terrace which necessitated ordering drinks or food.

The food was not up to the standard of the hotel. The duck I ordered was dry and inedible. I was given a 10% discount. Good hotels either bring me something else or take it off the bill. We ate at the bar and again the food was not up to par. We met others who had the same view.

Great location for a visit to the Alhambra Palace, and for getting away from everything!

The hotel has a beautiful interior, and the rooms are very comfortable, the views of the city from this hotel are spectacular.

The restaurant is a bit pricey but the quality of the food is average. There's very little to do or see after sunset. The main attraction is the Alhambra palace, there are a couple of nice restaurants in the area but you have better options in the city.

An excellent property, and a wonderful experience.

location to Alhambra, elegance, room was nice size and up to date . staff was great!

All meals and bar were very reasonably priced, except the price of coffee. A cup of coffee was more expensive than the house wine. We would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the bar area, which was offered through the coffee maker in the room. The hotel is a short distance from the center, not a big issue until you have to walk back up the hill.

Location excellent; interior decoration and building exterior very beautiful; staff professional and friendly; bedding comfortable; room view fantastic etc.

The toilet facing the bathtub which makes very narrow space. If the toilet in the same direction like the bathtub (which in fact has big space there), it will be a perfect bath room.
