Everything was wonderful and excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely be happy to stay with you again!

Nicely renovated classic property with central patio. Elevator to upper floors was large and modern. Location was fine for those ok for walking. The "helper" staff members were kind.

Nice property, cute renovation, not a five star in terms of service, services or professionalism. Go if you are ok with: --poor communication (including access/directions to the hotel) --loading and unloading in the street with no area to park and cars waiting behind --no food or breakfast unless previously booked prior to arrival --significant maintenance issues (water heater was not working, resulting in our accessing the room at 8:45 PM and then having the water leak over our belongings, with nary an apology or gesture, and the technician being called again) --being "nickel and dimed" (booked a family suite that sleeps 6, but apparently our "3 adults" selection showed in their system as "2 adults" and we were charged for an extra person). --sparsely supplied kitchen--ie. no coffee maker or coffee, no paper towels or kitchen towels. When I asked for a coffee maker at 7:45 AM (since they advertised one in the room), I was told it would be delivered at 10:30 AM, even though we had Alhambra tickets at 9 AM and had hoped to have coffee before leaving. --basic upkeep: dishwasher door was not attached correctly, both showers needed new silicone to prevent significant leaks, hot water in one bathroom sink did not work, sofa was very uncomfortable and stained, etc. --odd reception and interactions with young owner, who didn't greet us or say hello, and when water leaked from the water heater/furnace and I sought help, the door to their apparently private office was shut in my face and the maid was summoned, I was told I was lying about the coffee maker in the room. --dog fee but no bowls, beds, treats, etc. -- seeing the two kind and hardworking maids scramble to run the show, with apparently only one on shift at a time --I would not return.
