It has a wonderful rooftop bar with a small plunge pool and sun beds. A great vibe and the views of the city and mountains were amazing.
It was central and easy to reach all areas.
The front reception needed more staff on occasions. It is a busy area and can take some time.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast and lovely room. The bars on the roof (but see below) and by the lobby were pretty good. Staff were excellent and helpful.
The shower in the room was poorly sealed making it difficult for the cleaners. The pool area was in need of a deep clean and a refresh , badly maintained as was the covered area of the upstairs bar. Not the cleaners fault down to shoddy maintenance. The bar and staff were good but very uncomfortable chairs.
Overall not very efficient back office. They couldn’t print a voucher for me despite trying 3 timesand I had to ask six times over six days for a copy of my invoice before it appeared in my email six days later. Too late to check it.

Very stylish, clean, in a great location with friendly staff and the breakfast was great
Car park is brilliant being on site, just very awkward to get into and then inside it’s so tight it makes it difficult to park

Modern and fresh decor
This hotel is nothing like as good as it thinks it is. It’s very expensive for what it is. We paid extra for a terrace that overlooked a scrubby street, the pool is a lounge pool, the terrace was always full etc. Most disappointing though was that we specifically requested a twin room but were allocated a double. The attitude of the staff was to shrug their shoulders and do nothing and offer no solution or even apology.
