Nice bathroom, location was quite central (6-7 min walk to restaurants / main shopping parts)
- Limited breakfast options (churros were great though)
- The room was quite small for 3 people - would have been ideal for 2 people

The stay from start to finish was absolutely amazing.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
The room was immaculate, there was lovely attention to detail in the decor and the location was perfect.
I couldn't give it a better review.

Super Lage in Nähe der Tapas Meile, Frühstück reichhaltige Auswahl, Personal freundlich.
Parkplatz im Kellergeschoß kostenlos um 3 Stunden nach Auschecken verlängert.
Hatten Zimmer mit Fenster in Nähe der Mülltonnen. Abfahrt war sehr früh und laut.

The room was extremely small and was in a very poor location where there was a lot of street noise. The breakfast was not very good.

De locatie, de smaakvol ingerichte kamer, de prachtige inloopdouche en de vriendelijke ober in het fraaie restaurant voor wie geen moeite teveel was. Het ontbijt was erg goed. En het restaurant biedt een prima 3-gangen menu voor slechts 23 euro.

Me puse enferma por el TREMENDÍSIMO CALOR que SUFRÍ TODA LA NOCHE. NO PUDE DORMIR SUDANDO Y SIN PODER HACER NADA PUES EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONABA. Presenté mi queja al personal de Check-out.

O hotel é amplo e os quartos são confortáveis. Ademais, o restaurante do hotel é de qualidade e o garçom é muito simpático. A limpeza do quarto também foi muito bem feito.
O fato de ter estacionamento - apesar de um pouco caro, mas dentro dos padrões de Granada - é uma vantagem.
Achei o check-in muito confuso e com poucas explicações sobre o funcionamento do hotel. Aparentemente eles estavam com algum problema no sistema, mas faltou um pouco de atenção. O quarto possui pouca iluminação.

Noise. There was construction noise. Someone was using a hammer at 730/8am.

WiFi was very spotty, room somewhat cramped and the gym was a joke.

Everything was great. Nice room. Good selection at breakfast in a lovely surroundings. The hotel was central and easy to access the city centre.
The car park was expensive. Even if they gave us a discount for a nearby parking as the hotel car park was full.
