Our room is Junior Suite con vistas, it is very spacious, overlooking Plaza de Puerta Real, which also means the room can be a little noisy due to traffic outside. It woke my husband up during night, although I personally wasn’t bothered by it.

It was great that they called me a few days before arriving to check all the details were correct.
We had an excellent room with fairly new but very nice bathroom. The extra bed (sofabed) was already made up when we arrived and was very comfortable.
Location was very central, in the shopping district, and not too far (walking) to the old town and to all the restaurants.
Breakfast was OK. A couple of times the hot-plates were not so hot, but the variety was very good. If you're British and like your tea, take your own tea bags! :-)
Nothing. Value for money was very good. There were two good sized lifts, and the roof terrace bar was a surprise. I knew they had one but they didn't sell it well online. It had only limited views of the fort (Alhambra), but good views of other parts of the city, and was comfortable and good range of drinks and cocktails. (Not open on Mondays and, I believe, Tuesdays!)

Great location in the middle of Granada, staff were very helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful.
Room was very warm and stuffy at night. Staff tried to help by providing a fan, but it could only do so much. Just be aware that if you’re in southern Spain during late March/early April, hotels don’t turn on the AC and the room can get really warm. Opening the window helps, but then the street noise makes things difficult when trying to sleep.
