Location, cost, staff, rooms, small pool on the roof. Everything was just great for our family stay.

Great location, lovely staff and pool with amazing views
A better outlook would have been good and the lifts were confusing. Maybe a little better explanation on check in.

Central location
Very small room. 5th floor corridors were very hot as doors to outside pool would not close, which was very poor for a 4 star hotel.
