We go twice a year to Granada, sometimes three times or more, and we always chose this hotel. We stayed in other hotels in Granada, but this one has one of the best locations in the old historic town. The staff is always civilised, helpful and friendly, and the hotel is very nice. We are not going to change it for our future trips to Granada.

Central location yet not too noisy. Cathedral is 5 min walk away. I had a single room with a queen bed, juliette balcony lots of space to walk around and private bathroom which was fabulous for the price.

Good location.
Booked the deluxe room but AC was not working and shower did not drain. We were moved to a very basic room so stay was disappointing. Still not received refund of difference.
