Excelente estadía me ha encantado el lugar, todo está muy bien pensado, la ubicación es perfecta. Si tengo la oportunidad volveré seguro!!! Ha sido remodelado con muy buen gusto y la limpieza se nota desde que entras. La cocina está muy bien equipada.
La puerta es un punto a mejorar para insonorizar mejor la habitación.

Great location, very spacious apartment. I was lucky enough to have a washing machine and the ac worked in the living room and the bedroom. The owner is extremely efficient and provided amazing and prompt service when there were issues.
Unfortunately the place suffered from horrendous sewage smells in the bathroom. The owner informed me it was out of their control as it was the drains but the smell was overwhelming. The owner was very prompt in offering me a different apartment but as it was not suitable he agreed to have the cleaners clean the bathroom whenever the smell got bad. They ended up cleaning the bathroom every other day and it just about kept the apartment live-able. The service from the owner and the cleaners was fantastic but beware the smell was very bad.

All was fine except quite a major problem with the water. There was little and then no cold at all making the water boiling. This made it impossible to shower and very dangerous.
