Came back to this hotel after an amazing stay in April, and it was just as great the second time. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the service is top-notch. The location is also very convenient: bus 827 from T4 Barajas stops right in front of the hotel, and the train gets you to central Madrid in just 25 minutes.
The only minor downside was that I could not find a dedicated smoking area.

Our second stay at this hotel - it's location is excellent for the airport bus, and there's a large Carrefour a short walk away. The room was on the road but we didn't hear the traffic.
Room 209's bathroom is the worst designed one I have ever experienced - the toilet is behind the door, the toilet roll holder is out of sight behind you on the wall, and the shower is difficult to access. We are both slim and short-ish, but still battled.
