Close to everything! Staff efficient, pool nice and breakfast nice

Staff were very professional friendly helpful and kind. Reception was always maned. All areas were clean and well maintained. Pool was exceptionally clean and welcoming as was jacuzzi. Room and bed were extremely specious.

The shower in room was a little narrow but not a major issue.

I was given 2 small bed and it was join together but i rrquested for a large bed and the small bed are so uncomfortable while sleeping and i have to be waking up and be joining them together in order mot to fall to the whole between . Please tale note and adjust

The staff at hotel Kaktus were all great, really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice and healthy options. The bar was also very good

the quality of the rooms was not 5 star standard. No bathrobes, no flannels, average quality toiletries in the room and no toiletry packs (cotton pads, cotton buds, nail file etc) the quality of the pillows was poor, the bottle of water was not replenished each day
