We like the hotel very much, staff was pleasant, food delicious, the pools were suitable for small children as we wanted. And the toboggans were also very good for children. It was clean and the cleaning ladies were very helpful. We got a very big room where children could play at their own.
We didn't like smoking everywhere, on the balconies, near the pools, sometimes very crowded canteen and tables very close each other there.

In hotel itself in general all was good.
The hotel should have private taxi to bring and back the guests who comes from Girona and did not rent a car from and to the airport because taxi’s in general is too expensive so they should have a taxi and the guests sure pay for the taxi but less than what openbare taxi costs.

I was welcomed by very friendly staff. The property was very clean. Easy to use lift big enough to get a bike / bike box inside. The bar was open all the time for drinks. My room had plenty of space. I was on the 1st floor. I was on the back of the building so I had a small balcony terrace. Room for two chairs and space to hang wet clothing. The bathroom was compact but fine. Small basic toiletries were provided. The room was cleaned daily. Plenty of hangers and an electronic safe.
Breakfast was great considering the price per night. It was small but did the job. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cold continental meats and cheese, breads, pastries, bacon, eggs, orange juice, coffee.
There was always someone on the desk should you need help.
The location was perfect!

Comfortable beds, good wifi, price was ok, lots of breakfast options
The hotel did not feel like 4 stars at all.
At breakfast, the food was cool and the water was lukewarm.
There's no way to contact reception from your room, you have to go down to the desk.
The room provided no extras, not even a pen to fill in the mandatory form to be returned to reception.
I had to pay a €10 cash deposit (refundable) to use an iron, with no ironing board provided - I have never experienced this before!
The hotel room was not spotlessly clean, eg. Floors needed vacuuming.
We had to wear gaudy red bracelets for the duration of our stay (again, I have never experienced this before)
