Staff from front desk went out of the way to make sure you were happy

Friendly greeting by reception staff and helpfullness. Good size room with a small balcony, and despite the large window very good sound proofing.
A broken glass was not cleaned up fully despite me leaving a note in the room.

all was good

Well located near Gran Via.
The beds are comfortable
For this kind of price and standard, we should expect at least a bit of extra things bailable in the room such as boiler and heating possibility to have a coffee or tea.
On my last day, there wasn’t any hot water to take shower. I had to leave the hotel without being able to have a shower. It was really disappointing.
