The location was excellent. And the staff were kind and helpful.
It would have been good if the kitchen was equipped at least a bit. There was no cutlery or mugs, so a bit hard if you want to eat something in the room or have a warm drink. Also it would have been good if the kettle was already in the room rather than having to request it from reception.

Well located near Gran Via.
The beds are comfortable
For this kind of price and standard, we should expect at least a bit of extra things bailable in the room such as boiler and heating possibility to have a coffee or tea.
On my last day, there wasn’t any hot water to take shower. I had to leave the hotel without being able to have a shower. It was really disappointing.
