The location by the Plaza de Espana was great plus right next to the metro station. Easy walking distance to cafes & restaurants. The top floor (15th) outside bar and plunge pool is great. The 360 degree views of the city are superb.
The breakfast was very very good, a wide choice and great quality. The staff were very friendly & accommodating (forgot to book a breakfast slot for Sunday morning so only 11:20 available, however the restaurant staff managed to squash us in around 9:40……very good)

The hotel is on the Gran Via, which is an excellent location to reach other areas in the city. Even though you’re on a busy street, we have no complains about outside noise. The room is spacious and clean.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, this goes for the hosts and the housekeepers! We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Location was good
Booked deluxe double but the room was very small
Room didn’t get cleaned the 1 st day the next day we were assured the room would be cleaned however when we arrived back at the hotel at 3 pm it still hadn’t been cleaned
