The location was great for our needs. The staff were exceptional and friendly. Breakfast was great
Building works around the building, unfortunate. Stayed on 3rd floor and the damp smell was not great.

Not sure is the chief had ever made scrambled eggs before, what I received was more like a hard omelet made in the mushroom pan.
Asked for 2 bacon rashers, only got 1,
Must be a Welsh thing ,they like crispy dry bacon

Great location,
The rooms were not bad, but the construction which was adjacent to our rooms made the view and the noise difficult to enjoy the stay. Had we known about this we would not have stayed here.
