Good location for us. Cheap and cheerful, only stayed for 1 night, so was perfectly fine
The instructions on the parking could have been clearer. I was told to go to hotel first register car then park up. If you can manage your luggage I would park up then go to hotel as it would have been easier, as you only give your registration on departure.

Great location right in city centre, good value for money and free parking
Room was clean & comfortable.
TV didn't work in our room, reported 3 times before they decided to move rooms.

The location of the hotel was excellent and really easy to get to. The food in the chophouse restaurant was good.
They could have given parking instructions before arrival, as you have to go out and move the car to the multi story car park. The floors needed hoovering, there were used ear buds and tissues in the corridor leading to the room. The mattress was old and lumpy, and the pillows flat and uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep due to the discomfort.
