The pool area is fantastic! Very relaxing, large enough to keep distance from other guests and with lots of shadow. Great to dine outside as well, very calm and enjoyable setting. Interesting to see the old monastery parts of the property, the site is quite large. We had a renovated room, simple but nicely done, very comfortable bathroom and bed, well isolated and with a very silent airconditioning.
Food at the restaurant was very good. There’s enough choices of pastas, salads, meat and fish. Not sure why some reviews complain about variety, for sure you can enjoy meals a few days and try different things. Otherwise there’s restaurants within 5’ driving from the hotel.
There’s plenty of beaches to visit in the area, personnel is kind to help you with advice n which to visit based on your preference. Staff was kind and helpful at all times.
Parking is across a route that can have quite a lot of traffic at times. Some rooms are close to this street, so they can be more noisy. We booked a double room but there was an extra single bed in the room, which made the space very tight. It would have been more comfortable without that extra bed, but otherwise, nice room. Service at the restaurant can be slow. Not a problem if relaxing, but to keep in mind if you have plans after.

Great hotel, beautiful and well maintained place, well decorated. The people where absolutely fantastic, we had some issues with our rental car breaking down and they did their best to help us.
The restaurant food was great but could do with a bit more options.

Great breakfast. Pool exceptional. Really enjoyed dinner. Food very good. Very tranquil. Fabulous lication.Was surprised that it was only three stars!

The monastery building was lovely
We arrived late and there was no hot water, so unable to shower. While we were in a newly renovated room it felt unfinished - no where to hang towels, toiletries etc… pillows were really cheap and thin, blanket was insufficient - should have had spare duvets/pillows in the wardrobe. No tea/coffee facilities
