Cura dei dettagli. Eleganza della struttura. Bel parco all'esterno. Ristorante raffinato. SPA di buon livello. Confort della camera.
L'accoglienza della reception all'arrivo non all'altezza della struttura. In particolare non ci è stato comunicato che via email avremmo avuto accesso all'app della struttura e che sempre via email avremmo ricevuto il Pass per usufruire gratuitamente dei mezzi pubblici.

Sehr schöner Spa Bereich, gemütliche Zimmer, toller Service.
Wir waren in der Hauptreisezeit, demzufolge war es relativ preisintensiv.

The design is amazing and compliments to the chef - had one of the best dinners over the last 10 years in Italy.
Staff generally very friendly and helpful.
1. There is no sound proof in the hotel. I literally could hear people going to the toilet and flushing in the next room. If the hotel is called “hideaway” probably only because I had to hide away from other guests’ noises.
2. There was no pillows menu.
3. The mattress was old and too soft - was not able to sleep at all.
4. During the check out no one even asked how was my experience in the hotel - for me it was a total disappointment.
