Breakfast was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious. It’s like 2 minutes from the Lanxess Arena. The older man who helped me to find vegan stuff during breakfast was very kind.
The reason I don't give 10 to the hotel is that the guys working at the reception are SO COLD, not smiling, they talk with a frozen face, and every time I had to ask something I felt so not-welcomed. I think the reception of such a hotel is extremely important for guests. On the other hand, the people who serve the breakfast were awesome, smiling with welcoming behaviour.
One thing about the room was under the bed sheet there is a protective sheet and it had yellow stains on it and it felt really dirty. They probably wash it well but the stains remained, in this case then I recommend to change them totally.

The property was exceptionally pleasant and conveniently located near the arena, as I was attending a concert there. Since I’m a resident of Germany, I hadn’t experienced air conditioning in a hotel before, so it was a delightful surprise when I stepped into my room.
Although everything was very pleasant in the middle of the night, we noticed that our air conditioner was dripping from the light bulbs, and the dripping persisted throughout our stay.
