Ich war rundum zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Personal, dem ich begegnet bin, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gemütlich, und auch das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels hat mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen.
Alles war wirklich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Köln werde ich sehr gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Absolute Empfehlung!

My stay on the 2nd floor was everything short of magical. Clean facility, professional staff and the food was excellent. Breakfast was included in my stay and man do I love a hot breakfast! Everything was freshly prepared daily, fruit , breads, meats, cheeses, assortment of freshly cooked eggs and meats and of course fresh coffee.
I would have to say I had nothing that I didn't enjoy. If there is one thing then that is the way my steak was prepared, it was an Entrecote, so maybe it is prepared by only searing the exterior but the overall steak was rare and I could not enjoy it fully as I prefer medium rare.
