Stayed in the Thornberry suite and it was lovely, well equipped and spacious.
There was no full length mirror in the room which would have been useful as we were attending a black tie event. There is space to put one đ

Our room was lovely and there was a birthday cookie and card for my husband. The pool, steam room and jacuzzi were great.
Because it was a bank holiday weekend, when we went to book a treatment at the spa, for both days it was fully booked. If I had known what was on offer, and to book ahead, I would have. I was disappointed that I couldnât book a treatment at the for us.

The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was great
One room was next to a boiler, or something and the noise kept us awake all night. One accessible room, the bed was either a large single or a small double and uncomfortable. Plus there was a problem with payments. I know I went through booking .com but I paid for three rooms but when we got there I found I had to pay again for the third room. I was not happy. The receptionist tried to help but could.I
We have stayed at Forest Pines before and it was wonderful. But sadly this time it wasnt
