Great location right in the middle of Chueca. Really easy for walking and public transportation, clean room, comfortable bed. I really appreciated that they had a fridge at reception where I could store my temperature-sensitive medication as well!

Very central, convenient, close to all types of restaurants. There is no reception area per say as in a hotel
(This is really a hostel set up, but the young lady who worked at the reception was very friendly and accommodating.
Depends on what rooms you’re in, my room was next to an air conditioning unit! When it was running you can hear the humming of the engine. Walls are not exactly thick, you can hear the neighbors in the room next door, if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Location was great - on a central street in the trendy district, close enough to everything but away from tourist crowds. Found lovely bars populated by locals - within 1/2 mile for breakfast and dinner. It was quiet, as our room was at the back.
Air con unit was helpful.
It was very cheap for Madrid.
Bed was comfy.
It felt clean, and the cleaning staff we encountered on our last morning were certainly working very hard and efficiently (and cheerfully!).
Middle of the day the drains stank in the bathroom - from the shower I think. This did disappear largely by evening, but was deeply unpleasant when we returned to the room for a midday rest.
One exterior window blind didn't work, although there were curtains.
It was difficult to find - no real exterior signage (just the building number) and then hard to locate once inside.
It was very plain, not at all colourful as our the ad, but that wasn't really an issue for us.
