The room was very clean and a good bed and excellent shower.

Almost everything
It might not always be this way, but the glasses in the room look a bit dirty. There’s a coffee stain on one and the other one is leaking.

The rooms are great. Balcony and nice view into the greens. Very comfortable beds. Coffee machine and water boiler. It's quiet during the night. Good kitchen and good breakfast.
I was a bit disappointed that the staff was not able to organise a Taxi to the Train Station for me nor make an effort to find options or alternatives apart from suggesting the public bus. I stayed for 3 nights and ate 2 times at the Restaurant so I could be considered a valuable guest but was left on my own in order to reach my train. This is not the service I would expect from a 4 star hotel. I stayed at cheaper Hotels that offered a shuttle transport or made some effort to help.
Next time I will consider a less reclusive place.
Also I was charged twice. That never happened to me before.
