Location, friendly staff, large room - all very comfortable
Toilet seat and pedestal moved when you sat on it and shower temperature either cot or very hot.

Quiet. Lovely from the outside
Was never a castle. No lifts - difficult with suitcases.
Mould in bathroom.
Very average breakfast.
