Sehr angenehm und gut gelegen - jederzeit wieder!

grosses Zimmer (Superior-DZ), hervorragendes Bett, Bad zweckmässig und gross, Frühstück mit allem was man erwarten darf (frischer Saft, guter Kaffée, div. Sorten Brot, Müesli, Aufschnitt, Lachs usw. unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken,

einige Lebensmittel auf dem Frühstücksbuffet sollten gekühlt werden (Käse, Wurst, Lachs)

Great stay at a central and well-managed hotel

The Hotel is perfectly situated near the train station. I've become a regular visitor, because the room has everything I need for shorter stays, it's always clean and relatively quiet given the central location, and the breakfast is great.

Superb

Nice, modern hotel. Location is right across from the central station, which is convenient for people arriving by train. Also relatively close to the St. Gallen monastery. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a nice view of the city.

Elevator a bit small. Construction work going on in the lobby. But no big deal.

Great value for money within easy reach of the railway station and a short walk to the Old Town

Easy check in, very pleasant and helpful staff, the room was well arranged, and the bed super comfortable

It was good. If I need to stay in St. Gallen next time, I go there.

Location, price for an overnight stay was just perfect. Just across the street from the main station. Walking distance from the city center.

No note that the reception was a construction site. They stated that it was only for a week, and I don't expect any discount, but there should be a note to let the guests know that the entrance might not look that fancy.

Breakfast was excellent, the food superb and the staff very friendly. Location is also great, the train station just across the street.

Exceptional

The hotel is literally in front of the station. Location doesn't get any better than this. I traveled for work so for that kind of trip it was perfect.

The breakfast lady was not really nice to me. Next day I decided to not have breakfast there to avoid her being rude again. She was nice to some french speakers group though, so maybe she didn't like that I assumed she spoke english? I wouldn't know.

Very good business stay.

Very friendly staff, quiet despite the central location, great breakfast location and good breakfast, very good Wi-Fi everywhere, excellent location right at St. Gallen main station.

Bathroom was disability-friendly (which is great in principle), but slightly cumbersome when used standing up.

Convenient and comfortable hotel

Excellent location right next to the station and close to the old town. Delicious breakfast in classy restaurant. Our toddler was accommodated in the room and at breakfast with a highchair. The staff are lovely and so kind!

There isn’t a lounge area where one can go to rest if you don’t wish to be in your room. We brought our stroller and the room was a bit small to accommodate it. Recommend bringing a carry backpack instead.

Very nice stay in the city centre!

very nice location! nice room with big bed (too soft in my opinion) , breakfast was good, desk in room was big enough to work there

corner room with view on train and bus station, so the mornings was quite loud, simple breakfast (could be more hot dishes) , contacts in room was not friendly located (to far from the desk)

Great stay.

Right in front of the train station and near the old town. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and obliging.

Good location and basic rooms which have all you require..

Straight across from train station and within walking distance of bars and restaurants etc

No access at night time..ensure you get access code for entry!!!
