Zentrale Lage, ruhig, zumindest wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, einfacher automatischer Check-in, wertige neue Einrichtung.
Gefühlt 25 Nachrichten innerhalb von 2 Tagen vor der Anreise und während den 3 Tagen vor Ort. Via Booking, E-Mail und WhatsApp, bei so einer Flut werden diese nicht mehr beachtet, man möchte sich ja erholen in einem verlängerten Wochenende…
Die Vorhangschienen teilweise ohne Stopper am Ende, Vorhänge gleiten beim öffnen teilweise aus den Schienen. Die Armatur im Bad geht sehr hart….

Il faut être sportif pour monter une pente de plus de 25 degrés et avec les valises le premier jour, il faut avoir les muscles costauds.

Appartamento pulito, arredato con gusto, dotato di ogni tipo di comfort. Il check-in online permette, grazie ad un codice, di accedere velocemente all' appartamento e il parcheggio privato, prenotabile a pagamento, accanto all' edificio è molto comodo.
L'appartamento all'ultimo piano è mansardato, per cui in alcuni punti in stanza da letto e in bagno bisogna prestare attenzione all' altezza. Inoltre in camera da letto l' abbaino e in soggiorno una finestrella non hanno la tenda, per cui la mattina entra luce.

Our apartment was next to the front door. We do not smoke so we liked that it was a no-smoking policy in the apartments. But that meant that the steps for the front entrance always had people sitting there smoking and drinking, from early morning until late at night. The smoke from their cigarettes goes straight into the windows of the ground floor apartment (only 1 metre away), so we had to keep all the windows and curtains shut all the time for privacy + to keep out the smoking and all the noise. It would be better if the smoking area was moved to the back entrance so that the first apartment does not have such a problem with noise and smoke.
